Pony League World Series : Game 10

Game 10 of the Pony League World Series has concluded. This game was the first of three games today. The participants were Johnstown, PA and Levittown (Toa Baja), PR. After a rain delay the game had Levittown (Toa Baja), PR (6) - Johnstown, PA (2).

Toa Baja, Puerto Rico defeated Johnstown in game 10 of the Pony League World Series.

Toa Baja took an early lead in the first inning with runs coming from Jose Mercado, Jan Cintron, Roberto Guillermo and Jose Carballo each crossed the plate. Doubles by Cintron and Ismael Sanchez in the sixth inning secured the win, bringing two more runs in.

Johnstown now moves to the elimination bracket to play Chinese Taipei at 5:30 tomorrow. Puerto Rico moves to the Division Championships at 5:30 on Thursday evening.
