In a last ditch effort, Adam Ferita hit the only homerun of the game to put Mon-Yough on the scoreboard in the 7th inning.  Ferita won the Home Run Derby earlier in the day.

Washington will take the field again on Tuesday at 8:00 pm. Mon-Yough continues play in the loser’s bracket tomorrow evening at 8:00 pm against Tamiami.
